We gave the kids $20 a few weeks ago and said they could spend it on souvenirs in Chicago or Kansas City, or both! Here is what we ended up with, so far:
A White Sox ball and Chicago Cubs bat:
A noisy (but cute) monkey that says "hugs from Chicago", and a princess bracelet with crown box for Jo:
And a ball signed by the White Sox for Dustin:
They were and still are pleased with their selections!! So glad!!
The one place I wanted to make it by while in Chicago was Harpo studios....and we found it!!
We also went into the Oprah store--wow--want an O on a shirt? They have 'em! It was fun to see all of the things they had. I didn't spend a dime...but so happy that I got to see where she filmed her show!
(Don't mind the random people in the above pic....those tourists!! haha!)

My kids are not good at making rational souvenir purchases! They often want candy or something you could buy at Target or something! haha
Ours usually aren't either. They need a lot of guidance. Come to think of it, I am probably not the best...
You're not the only "Fowler Five." My daughter was just trying to get to our family blog, (which is called "The Fowler Five," but the website is "thefabfowlerfive,") and she accidentally found yours instead.
So, hello from the other Fowler Five!
My kids are gymnasts, too!
